Relocated to Florida in 1988 to continue my successful development and brokerage career. Purchased and developed 300,000 SF South Seminole Industrial Park in Longwood, Florida; Purchased and developed 400,000 SF Interchange Center Business Park in Tampa, Florida; Developed seven Light Industrial/Manufacturing Build-To-Suit projects in Orlando, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee; Purchased and am currently developing the 20-acre AirPark North Business Center, a 300,000 SF Light Industrial/Flex development in Tampa's North Airport/Westshore Sub-Market. Currently managing a 400,000 SF portfolio of Light Industrial/Flex and Retail portfolio in Tampa, Florida.
