Bio
From a young age, I immersed myself in the sales process, thriving on the energy of competing offers and the camaraderie that comes with working alongside fellow sales professionals. My approach has always been straightforward: I never put my earnings on the table; that was negotiated by sellers before the contract was signed. When representing buyers, my focus is on securing a home that meets their family’s needs, often aiming for below market value—sometimes even with space for a boat. For sellers, I strive to set record prices and help them transition smoothly to the next chapter of their lives. When representing both parties, I prioritize transparency, ensuring that all property details are disclosed clearly. My goal is to facilitate a true market-value transaction, and while there may be tension along the way, I hope both parties walk away smiling in the end. Now as a professional negotiator, everything is negotiated and disclosed upfront.
I’ve always found more joy in hearing how other Realtors approach their work than in discussing my own. After personally helping over 1,700 families around Marco Island and spending 28 years in the business, I can confidently say that I’ve been doing this all my life, starting at my parents’ kitchen table. I fondly remember my father’s bag phone connected to a boat antenna with a 100+ mile range off Marco, and fellow agents with their laptop computers in the 80s, alongside their nice cars and boats to keep up with the Local retirees. Why? Because selling Marco Island to families, one at a time, has always been the best part of my career.
Ask any of the builders, designers, and long-time locals who have been in this business since I was a kid. I also want to acknowledge the unsung heroes—the cleaners who went back to fix things to help close deals, the A/C technicians, plumbers, electricians, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, lawn crews, and all the hardworking City of Marco and county employees, some even working on holidays. There’s a whole network of people dedicated to making families feel at home on this unique barrier island within the Everglades. Let me Help YOU!
