Senior Advisor Steven Clofine is celebrating more than 49 years of continued real estate success – listing, leasing, and selling commercial real estate, commercial and residential developments, and real estate investments. A native of Havertown, PA, Steven prides himself on developing relationships with his clients that stand the test of time.
Beginning his sales career in his family’s haberdashery business, Steven found he was a natural salesman. After leaving the family business, he decided pursue his passion and train in the real estate industry in 1973, beginning his career at Martens Realty, Ltd. Steven has worked with several well-known real estate firms in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas before finding his home at MPN in 1993.
Steven resides in Philadelphia. He enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, as well as yoga and meditation, traveling, and healthy eating and living. He sits on the Board of Directors for Clean & Sober Broadcasting, a multi-media resource devoted to exploring the disease of addiction and the path to recovery. He also is a member of B’nai Abraham Chabad and The Landmark Forum.
