Steve has over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Prime Commercial, Inc., Steve was associated with Price Development Company (JP Realty) of Salt Lake City, Utah. While at Price Development he served in many capacities including 13 years as Vice President of Leasing and was also Vice President of Property Management. In that time Steve was involved with approximately 30,000,000 square feet of real estate construction, development, and leasing. Steve has been involved in all phases of real estate including retail tenant representation, retail development, office, commercial, industrial, and retail leasing. As President Steve supervises all facets of the companies business and is highly involved in business generation for the firm.
Steve is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.), was an I.C.S.C. State Officer, and served on the national I.C.S.C. Steering Committee. Steve was also the President of the Utah Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), which represents the office, commercial, and industrial real estate industry.
