He started his career being recruited by a client to work for West Gate a developer of resorts. He worked hand in hand with the GM Janice Stuart to broker a good portion of the pre-sales for Planet Hollywood Towers by West Gate in Las Vegas.
After Planet Hollywood’s pre-sale period was over Steven started doing cross state deals and negotiating for a business broker. He has completed deals and aided in sales of business in Nevada, Arizona and then here in California. He then moved to California and quickly after obtaining licensure in this state started working for Hudson Partners as Vice President of Investment Sales. In 2022 he moved to KW Commercial to stream line the process in which he helps his clients.
