Mr. Willhite has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, R&D and office properties. He has represented various users, developers and investors with acquisitions, dispositions, strategic planning, developing marketing sales plans for business parks and successfully executing these plans. Mr. Willhite also performs various strategic and financial analysis including proformas, return on investment and present value analysis.
Mr. Willhite has extensive experience representing corporate users. Among his clients are Baker Hughes, W.W. Grainger, Raytheon and Hunter Douglas.
Mr. Willhite is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and spent eight years as the top industrial salesman for Grubb & Ellis in San Diego.
