In 1983, Steven Weisberg became a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker. Branching out into land development and sales, he developed a need to sharpen his skills in site selection, feasibility studies, re-zoning and development of investment properties. Steven created many General Partnerships and Trusts involving the purchase and sale of large investment properties.
Additionally, environmental factors became extremely important with the variety of waterfront and sensitive wetland issues associated with many of the projects produced
