Although I am relatively new to real estate sales, I have decades of experience in construction, interior design and home maintenance. Through my experience I have learned the key traits of a successful Realtor®: listen to the customer and insure that effective communication takes place, give the client a clear understanding of the path forward, demonstrate to the client that have the expertise and desire to accomplish the goal, exceed their expectations.<br /><br />As part of the Watkins Team, there is almost nothing we won't do (legally and ethically that is!) to make your experience the best you've had.
