Steve started his career in 1992 in Winnipeg before relocating to Calgary and joining Avison Young in 1997, becoming a Partner in 2001. With a career spanning over 22 years, Steve has negotiated over 8 million square feet of commercial transactions with a combined value of over $750 million.. Focusing on the sale and leasing of industrial property, Steve has completed some of the largest transactions in Calgary. Steve was awarded the prestigious SIOR designation in 2003 and served as the Western Canada Chapter President from 2012-13. He has been recognized by his peers in 2006 and again in 2012 with membership into Avison Young's Circle of Excellence.
