Steve Turner, broker and owner, has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 40 years. Since beginning his real estate career with J. B. Goodwin Realtors in 1981, as a broker and manager he has experienced almost every kind of commercial sales and leasing transaction imaginable. In 1990, Steve moved to San Diego where he acquired his California brokers license and oversaw the acquisition, management and sales of over 1,400,000 square feet of improved commercial properties specializing in office/service product type. In 1995 he sold the commercial real estate company in San Diego and moved back to the Austin area.
In 1999 Steve Turner founded Turner Commercial Properties and made Georgetown it’s home. Since it’s opening, Mr. Turner has closed over $100,000,000 in commercial real estate during his career.
