Mr. Simonelli is a Senior Managing Director in the New Jersey office of JLL with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in investment advisory in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Since joining JLL in 2010, Mr. Simonelli has been involved in more than $15 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Simonelli worked at Value Research Group as a Senior Consultant. His primary focus was consulting for several large municipalities and property owners in the commercial property tax appeal process with tax settlements resulting in more than $1 billion in property values.
