A real estate agent for 30+ years, as well as the owner & broker of Sunset Realty for 25 years, Steve still gets the same satisfaction and enjoyment from helping his clients get great results whether selling or buying. Steve not only helps his clients with their real estate needs, but he is also a very active real estate investor. His vast experience and knowledge in home renovations, foreclosures, and experience as a landlord benefit his clients and agents as well. Those skills give Steve a sharp eye in pointing out potential problems when showing properties to his buyers, so that they can make better decisions.
Conversely, when a seller needs help with preparing their home to sell, Steve offers costs effective tips for showing including staging and freshening up items that can make a big difference to the seller’s bottom-line results.
Much of Steve’s success comes from his enjoyment of the real estate business which motivates him to strive to constantly improve and learn to stay on the cutting edge of the local market and industry changes. As a very young new agent, Steve won many sales awards with the largest real estate firm in Minnesota before starting his own Company. The best award was when the local community named Sunset Realty as the best Real Estate Company in a Newspaper survey.
