Steve Schaumberg is a Principal of CRESA Partners w Washington DC. Steve specializes in high value, time critical and complex transactions for all types of users such as: high tech, life science, law firms, associations and corporations. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic planning, financial analysis, business terms structuring and negotiation aspects of the project. His expertise includes an in-depth command of the greater Washington DC Metropolitan area and facility acquisition process.
Steve has been exclusively representing tenants since 1988. Since that time, Steve has completed over 2,000,000 square feet of transactions. These include: Robert Half International, Inc., AXA Space, Earth Satellite Corporation, Signet Bank, Ablondi, Foster, Sobin & Davidow, P.C., Bread for the World, Network Associates and Nissei Sangyo, to name a few.
Steve is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors.
Steve earned a degree in Economics at Tulane University and continued his studies at the University of Grenoble, France. He is a native Washingtonian and a licensed real estate agent in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.
