Mr. Scannell is a graduate of the University of San Diego and holds a degree in Economics. Prior to co-founding Transmark Company in 1992 he was employed with Westmar Commercial Brokerage in Temecula, California, where he specialized in industrial leasing, building and land sales. Additionally, Mr. Scannell was employed with The Koll Company and was responsible for the leasing of Koll Corporate Center Moreno Valley, consisting of retail, office and industrial. Mr. Scannell is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
