Mr. Santacroce brings 25+ years of real estate expertise to the team, including 16 years in a senior asset management role at GE Capital Real Estate. As Director of Asset Management, Mr. Santacroce oversees the strategic direction of the company’s real estate portfolio to ensure a cohesive integration of leasing, property management, construction and finance activities, as well as overseeing asset dispositions. Steve also works closely with lenders and Institutional partners to ensure transparent communication and consistent implementation of project business plans. Mr. Santacroce has a degree in Business Administration from The University of Southern California and is a member of NAIOP and ICSC.
