Steve is passionate about working with his clients in commercial real estate and particularly multifamily real estate. With market conditions continuing to evolve, rising interest rates and an increasing demand for rental housing, the potential for wealth creation for our investor clients is getting stronger and stronger. Steve handles every transaction with complete attention and care; he treats your business how he would want it to be handled if he was the client. Every transaction is mission critical and the client needs to be able to have full confidence that it’s being handled in a way that is as thorough, thoughtful and complete as possible. And managed to maximize the return and mitigate the risks. Steve was born in Salem, attended Candalaria Grade School, Leslie Middle School and am a graduate of South Salem High School and the University of Oregon. His father was a long-time member of the Salem business community and also served multiple terms as a State Representative and is a graduate of Grants Pass High School and the University of Oregon. His mother worked as a residential real estate agent in Salem in the 80s and 90s and was born in Salem and is a graduate of Salem High School (now North Salem) and Oregon State University. Steve has spent the last 20+ years in the Puget Sound area working in various business development roles in the aerospace and defense industries and have worked on multiple airborne platforms and weapon systems with military’s (as well original equipment manufacturers and air framers) in the United States and in allied countries throughout the world. Steve has many years of experience with design, engineering, additive manufacturing, die casting, machining, injection molding, paint/powder coating/finishing, test and assembly. Steve feel the diverse business and industrial manufacturing experience he has helps me to better understand and relate to his client’s needs.
