He started his commercial real estate career over twelve years ago in Nashville TN with a primary focus on, properties for sale or lease, buyer and tenant representation, site selection, and build to suit. Prior to starting his commercial real estate career, Steve worked for multiple architectural firms in Nebraska, Colorado, and Tennessee, on institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential projects, throughout all phases of the design and construction process. With having professional experience in both real estate and architecture, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to better serve his clients with their commercial property goals and needs.
