Steve is a NC and SC licensed real estate broker and has been involved in leasing and selling commercial real estate in Charleston, SC since 1991. Steve received his Certified Business Intermediary designation in 1997 and he is also a CCIM candidate. Steve is a recipient of the Costar Power Broker award for retail leasing for the Charleston Market. Originally from England, Steve moved to Charleston in 1997 where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
