Steve is the co-owner of the Lexington office of Sperry Van Ness with partner, John Bronaugh. Steve has been active in commercial real estate for 30 years with extensive business and investment background with a long list of satisfied buyers, sellers, owners, and tenants.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness in 2006, Steve was Principal of his own investment/sales firm, The Pulliam Company since 1991. He has been married for 32 years to his wife, Diana and has one teenage son Evan. Steve was a former US Army Finance Officer and Graduate of the University of Kentucky Business School class of 1974. Steve enjoys golfing, cooking and traveling.
