Steve’s years of experience leading regional development and acquisitions in a tri-state area for First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR), acquiring/developing approximately 4 million square feet of industrial projects, his office/industrial leasing and build-to-suit experience with Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE), provides a solid foundation for crafting the best real estate solution for investors and occupiers. Furthermore, since joining CBRE in June 2009, Steve, with other team members, has completed $3.96 Billion in Lease and Sale transactions.
