Steve Penker is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio with over 15 years of sales experience. In less than 2 short years with Sperry Van Ness, Steve Penker has become one of Sperry Van Ness’s top Advisors. He specializes in investment property sales, particularly troubled office, retail, and industrial assets.
Mr. Penker is behind five successful auctions since December of 2009 together with Sperry Van Ness Accelerated Marketing division. Perhaps his greatest strength is his ability to structure work-outs with borrowers, banks, and tenants in complex transactions. In December 2010, Mr. Penker closed a transaction involving a Dayton office building in receivership, where he negotiated a new 10 year lease with the tenant which created favorable terms for both the new buyer and tenant, and bringing maximum value for the property.
Steve Penker is a pro-active member of the Cincinnati community and is the past president of the Columbia Tusculum Association for revitalization of Columbia Tusculum, an eastern suburb of Cincinnati.
