Steve came to Bellingham in 1990 and opened Bellingham's first Commercial-Industrial Real Estate office. Steve owned a Commercial Real Estate Company in Orange County California for the previous 15 years. Steve has a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate (1975), is extremely active in many local organizations including the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman of the Board), Whatcom Economic Development Council, Washington Software Alliance, Building Industries Association (Local, State and National Director), Past Commodore of both the Bellingham Yacht Club and the Wheel & Keel Boating Club, member of both the VFW and American Legion, 101st Airborne Vietnam Veteran, and was a finalist for Business Pulse’s Business Person of the Year for 1992.
