Before joining Schulte, Stephen served as the CFO for Sonesta International Hotels Corporation where he was responsible for corporate and hotel property functions of finance and accounting, financial planning and analysis, risk management and strategic planning. Prior to Sonesta, Stephen was the CFO of Commune Hotels & Resorts where he led the company's Financial, Information Technology, Legal and Administration, and Risk Management teams. Before that, he previously worked in senior finance leadership roles at Rosewood and Four Seasons.
