Steve offers his clients a consultative approach to deal making. This approach builds a positive reputation with clients, customers, and fellow brokers. Steve has 37+ years of experience in sales and sales management. During these years Steve’s hard work has helped clients with over $850 million in transaction value. With his enthusiastic approach to commercial real estate he expects to pass $1 billion in production value in the coming years. Steve has leased and sold retail properties from multi-tenant shops to junior boxes to anchor user locations. He has brokered ground up retail developments, pad site projects, complex redevelopments, assembling parcels for clients, and investment sales of retail properties. On the industrial side Steve has completed numerous office/warehouse leases and sales as well as brokering build to suit projects up to 50,000+- sf. He has completed significant office tech leases in Albuquerque i.e. a data center in downtown Albuquerque and office tech lease in the Alameda Business Park area. One of Steve’s strengths is his knowledge and transaction expertise in smaller markets. Clients seek out his understanding and insight to the key small markets around the State of New Mexico. In recent years he has refined his knowledge of key corridors, property owners, and areas for growth in these markets. He has coined the term, “Economic islands” for select markets and is ready to discuss why New Mexico’s Economic Islands should be a part of your business’ plans for the future.
