Mr. Steven G. LaFlamme is the President of Oneida Commercial Real Estate Services and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Steve has been with the company for 42 years. Steve is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Accounting. He is responsible for general oversight and administration of all the company’s property management activities. He is actively involved and experienced in all areas of commercial real estate management including construction, leasing, contract administration, budget and financial accounting, vendor negotiations, inventory control, security and emergency procedures, as well as parking ramp management and rehabilitation, reconstruction work and coordinating building renovation.
Mr. LaFlamme was a former board member at the International level of the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Greater Downtown Council of Duluth and the Duluth Parking Commission. Mr. LaFlamme is an active board member of the Duluth area YMCA, the Duluth Steam Coop Association, the Duluth Building Owners and Managers Association, and the Area Partnership for Economic Expansion (APEX).
