Bio
Steve’s commercial real estate experience spans more than three decades. He has worked in leasing and development for major developer’s around the country including high rise, midrise, single-story office, and industrial environments. He also started the tenant representation specialty for a global real estate company.
Since starting Coughlin Advisors, a tenant-only representation company, he has overseen numerous projects for both office and industrial clients. These projects included due diligence, land acquisition, and vertical construction.
His work has encompassed a variety of industries including financial, healthcare biosciences, manufacturing, and technology. He continues to work on behalf of tenants, regardless of need. Steve assists corporate clients across North America through his Exis Global Partnership.
He is involved in numerous charities including the American Cancer Society, Crohn and Colitis Foundation and the Multiple S-Sclerosis Society. Steve and his wife Kathy live in Longwood, Florida and have three children.
