Steve Costas joined Virtu in August 2007 and is responsible for the successful acquisition, disposition, and financing of all assets and related due diligence. Mr. Costas is also involved in portfolio management review and assessing various opportunistic initiatives. Prior to joining Virtu, Mr. Costas was in thereal estate capital markets as both a direct lender and intermediary. He was most recently with JPMorgan Chase, after starting his career at HFF. Mr. Costas graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Real Estate/Finance, and is a licensed salesperson in California
