Steve Chasanoff has been responsible for developing, managing, and leasing over 7 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space over the past 25 years. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Chasanoff was a Managing Partner at Chasanoff Properties, a closely held family owned real estate development and management company on Long Island. During his 30 year real estate career, Mr. Chasanoff has developed expertise across a broad spectrum of specializations, including management, financing and sales, marketing, leasing and tenant relations, and construction and tenant work.
As an owner and agent of One and Two Jericho Plaza, Mr. Chasanoff
managed the 700,000-square foot Class A trophy office complex on Long Island – which is fully leased to Fortune 500 companies. He has owned and managed office buildings, shopping centers, as well as a 1-million-square foot multi-building research and development industrial park. Additionally, he has
developed operating protocol for property management and designed software to manage office properties.
Mr. Chasanoff is a graduate of Tufts University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
