Steve Casey has been living in Gwinnett County for 34 years and began his real estate career in 1998. He is an accomplished Real Estate Agent who specializes in residential and commercial properties in Metro Atlanta and North Georgia as well as in the sale and lease of industrial and land listings. He uses his market knowledge to help his clients negotiate better terms and to help find ideal properties based on their personal, business and financial goals.

Steve also owns a termite and pest control company that he began on his own in 1997. Because of his extensive background in termite/pest inspections on residential and commercial structures, he has been known as the ‘Termite Realtor’ for over two decades. He has been a member of the CPCO of Georgia since 1997 and has also been a member of the GPCA for many years. He has studied at the University of Georgia and also at Clemson University.
