Steve is the founding partner of Carrick Real Estate and deals with commercial property across all sectors.
Steve started his career with Jones Lang Wootton in 1998 and has spent the last 10 years at Head of Investment at Knight Frank (Manchester). He has 19 years’ experience in the commercial property industry. Steve has had numerous highlights during his career including the sale of 3 Hardman Square, Manchester, the acquisition of India Buildings, Liverpool and the off market acquisition of Bridgewater House, Manchester.
Steve has recently been involved in the acquisition of Exchange Quay, Salford Quays (£50M), the sale of 39 Deansgate, Manchester (£11M), the sale of Lyntown Trading Estate, Manchester (£13M) and the off market acquisition of The Village Hotel, Glasgow (£30M).
