Bio
A veteran of over 30 years in the real estate industry, Steve serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Capital Growth Buchalter where he is heavily involved in the financing, acquisition and disposition of the company’s portfolio. Steve worked at Daniel Corporation for 22 years before joining CGB in 2005. His real estate experience includes property management, development, forecasting and taxation. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and holds the CPA and CGMA designations.
Steve has been involved in several charitable and civic organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the Birmingham Business Alliance Finance & Taxation Committee. As a member of Discovery UMC, he has served as Treasurer, Finance Chair, and Administrative Council member. He currently is the Treasurer of the day school program and serves on the church finance committee.
