Steve Burris is the Founder and Managing Partner of Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies Capstone Commercial Management, LLC and Capstone Commercial Development, LLC www.capstonecommercial.com (Capstone), a ten year-old commercial real estate brokerage, management, and development company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Capstone’s main business lines include leasing, sales, and management of
Industrial, Office, Retail, and Land properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Capstone enjoys a strong DFW reputation as a leading commercial real estate provider of “on the ground” expertise because of its unique platform of brokers specializing in specific submarkets of the Metroplex. Capstone currently handles the leasing and disposition of Millions of square feet of properties and is continually turning a sales and leasing inventory with a value of over $100 Million.
As Capstone’s service platform has expanded, Steve has branched out into the acquisition arena by forming partnership interests focusing on “value add” opportunities in the land and commercial real estate sectors. Capstone Commercial handles the brokerage and management function for these properties and in turn Capstone enjoys the benefit and exposure of these additional properties to its portfolio.
