Steve Bryant is the Director of Leasing at Mac Haik Enterprises and has been with the company since 2012. He has successfully completed lease transactions totaling over 9 million square feet in the Houston area, the most notable of such being the leasing of the full Energy Tower III building to TechnipFMC before it was delivered. Prior to joining Mac Haik, in 1980, Steve worked for 10 years at Pardoe Development building 13 office and warehouse projects in five years as well as working for KD Management in 1989, where he was responsible for the leasing of a 6 million square foot portfolio for life insurance clients.
