His focus is to stay ahead of office demands and population projections in North Texas — nurturing the untapped potential of office development in AllianceTexas while maintaining a future-leaning vision that supports innovation and modern solutions for business.
Steve remains a key player in the development and growth of AllianceTexas—demonstrated by his range of expertise in developing speculative projects and build-to-suit solutions for some of the world’s largest corporations including: Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade, DynCorp International, Textron, Marriott International, Amazon, LG Electronics, Grainger, and Walmart. Leveraging his diverse experience across industrial, retail, mixed-use and hospitality within Hillwood, Steve has been involved with more than 25M SF of development, build-to-suit and leasing—representing over $950 million in aggregate value.
