With over 28 years’ experience in the retail sectors Stephen started working at Clive & Lewis Partners before joining Tushingham Moore in 1992. Whilst he has worked on Grosvenor’s Liverpool One since inception and the redevelopment of Arndale Centre, he has also been involved in the leasing of extensive number of town centre schemes during his career.
Key clients include M&G, Intu and Grosvenor and areas of specialism include strategic development and leasing advice on major retail developments, including Liverpool ONE and Manchester Arndale.
Stephen also undertakes acquisition work for retailers which include Swarovski and Fjallraven.
