Stephen and his wife moved to Amelia Island from the Metro Atlanta/North Georgia area in October 2021. They lived in Gainesville, Georgia for 20 years and raised their family there.
Stephen entered the commercial real estate business in 2017 after being in the publishing and media business for over 30 years. He joined the Norton Agency in Gainesville, Georgia in 2017 and has focused primarily on working with real estate income-producing and investment clients. His goal has been to understand his client’s goals and then provide them with valuable services to help them maximize the value of their real estate portfolios. Stephen has thoroughly enjoyed being a consultant to his clients and helping them be successful.
He earned his Florida Real Estate License in April, 2023 and still have my Georgia Real Estate License. I look forward to providing quality commercial real estate services in both states.
