Steve Reeves is a Director and a senior member of HREA’s national healthcare real estate investment advisory group. Located in HREA’s Florida office with a geographic focus on the Eastern U.S., Steve specializes in advising physician-owners, as well as public and private owners of healthcare real estate, including single asset and portfolio dispositions, sale/leasebacks, debt/equity recapitalizations, and tax-deferred strategies, such as the §1031 like-kind exchange and UPREIT. His transaction and advisory experience has involved all types of healthcare real estate assets, including medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, short-stay hospitals, inpatient rehab facilities, and other inpatient and outpatient facilities.
