Stephen is the investment sales director and is responsible for business development and client services at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Oklahoma. He specializes in the brokerage of multi-housing properties and land throughout Oklahoma. Stephen brings a broad range of experience in deal sourcing, marketing and structuring real estate transactions for private investors and private capital groups.
Stephen is active throughout all key phases of the investment transaction process, from asset evaluation, underwriting, sales negotiation, and transaction management through the close of escrow.
