Assisting in the company’s national expansion, Hay is responsible for recruitment in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Delaware. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Hay developed new business in the Southeast Region for United Systems Integrators Corporation, a corporate real estate services company specializing in tenant only representation. Recognized as one of the top agents, Hay worked in the Atlanta office of Marcus & Millichap concentrating on retail and office investment brokerage. His experience includes real estate franchise sales for Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates as well as Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. Hay earned his Bachelor of Business degree from Georgia State University and has held his Georgia Real Estate license since 1985.
