Stephen Harrill is the principal and founding member of Optimize Commercial Real Estate. A graduate of Clemson University, Stephen has lived in Greenville, South Carolina for 30+ years and has completed deals involving multiple asset types with a transaction volume of approximately $20MM. While most-recently working with a top-100 developer out of Boston, Stephen spearheaded leasing throughout the southeast spanning 17 assets and over 1MM sq ft of GLA. Stephen is a Certified Commercial Investment Member as of October 2018 after completing his final coursework in Chicago, IL. Outside of commercial real estate, Stephen enjoys being active. You can find him somewhere in the Appalachians on his mountain bike, on a local soccer field trying to keep up in an adult league, or in the gym pounding through a workout. Stephen believes in leveraging data and technology which provides an analytical approach to advisory services in commercial real estate.
