Stephen Grimm started investing in real estate when he was a college student studying Finance and Molecular/Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona. After graduation, Stephen began working as an agent with Bourn Partners, LLC and then founded Grimm Commercial once he became a broker. Since then he has gone on to serve in a variety of roles throughout his real estate career, including broker, commercial developer and general contractor.
