With more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, Steve Gardner is responsible for all aspects of DTZ''s market research, marketing and public relations program in New Jersey. Prior to assuming his present position, Steve was most recently employed in similar capacities for Jones Lang LaSalle and Trammell Crow Company and has also worked for two of the region''s most successful and well respected owners, SJP Properties and J.G. Petrucci Co. He has been involved in the marketing and leasing of many major projects, including Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken, New Jersey (970,000 square feet), The Foreign Trade Zone at the International Trade Center in Mount Olive, New Jersey (1.4 million square feet), Atrium Corporate Park in Somerset, New Jersey (860,000 square feet) and numerous others.
Steve holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. He and his family live in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
