Stephen S. Dadekian, President and Broker of Record of Dadekian Commercial Realty, Inc. (DCR) has more than thirty years of commercial real estate experience beginning in 1988 as a real estate salesperson for Eric Bram & Company (NAI DiLeo Bram & Co.) and other real estate brokerage firms before founding Dadekian Commercial Realty, located in Hazlet, N.J., in 1995.
Mr. Dadekian first located to the Hazlet location in December of 1989. At that time he led the sales and leasing team for Hazlet Associates, the developers of Bethany Commons Office Condominium. This 110,000 square foot office condominium development consisting of nearly one hundred offices in six buildings and is one of the largest office condominium developments in central New Jersey.
