Mr. Conley is an Executive Managing Director in the Washington, DC office of HFF. Mr. Conley is also a member of the firm’s executive committee. Mr. Conley has more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience. In 1999, he chartered the Washington, DC office of HFF in order to expand the array of services offered to clients through the use of a fully-integrated national capital markets-based platform. The Washington, DC office now has 12 investment sales producers, five debt producers and 24 analysts/support staff.
