Steve Bonge has more than 30 years of diverse commercial real estate experience, representing clients locally, nationally and internationally. His focus is the industrial / logistics marketplace where he is actively involved in all areas of real estate advisory including tenant and landlord representation, build-to-suit analysis, sales and leasing negotiations, and exclusive agency responsibility. Mr. Bonge’s area of expertise covers the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania (I-78 and I-81 corridors), where he serves the transportation and third party logistics industry. Mr. Bonge has been involved in transactions with a broad range of clients including Moran Industries, Inc. in leasing its 250,000 sf building at 3300 Wahoo Drive in Williamsport; JG Petrucci Co., Inc in leasing its 101,250 sf building at 7108 Daniels Drive in Allentown; Higgins Development Partners in its sales of 68 Green Mountain Road in Hazleton, and 1700 Ritner Highway in Carlisle; Victaulic Company’s 150,000 sf lease in Allentown; HNI Corporation in its 139,000 sf lease extension; HD Supply in its 70,000 sf lease; Jetson Specialty Marketing Services in its 226,500 sf sublease; Road Bay Investments, LLC and Moran Industries, Inc. in the sale/purchase of a 504,350 sf building in Mechanicsburg; ProLogis in leasing its 870,000 sf building in ProLogis Park 33; Nexus Distribution Corp in its lease renewals in Lehigh Valley totaling 589,000 sf; and Ames Department Stores in the sale of their 1.2 million sf distribution facility in Leesport. Mr. Bonge is a certified member of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Global Logistics Practice Group and a director/member within the company’s industrial council advisory team.
