He has been actively involved in sales, leasing and consulting services of commercial properties in Southwest Florida since 1976.
He began his career in 1976 and provided valuation and research services to businesses and government entities in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties. For the past 40 years, He has been actively involved in commercial sales and leasing activities as well as development consulting for commercial and residential developers throughout Florida. He is also a court-appointed receiver and has testified as an expert witness in state and federal cases many times.
