Stephanie Herron joined Southeast Commercial in May of 2013 as a broker associate. Stephanie has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry. Her specialties include acquisitions and depositions of income-producing properties, tax-deferred exchanges, and site selection. For the past ten years, she has focused on office, retail, and multi-family properties.
Before joining Southeast Commercial Real Estate, Stephanie worked as an associate broker with several commercial companies, including seven years with Coldwell Banker Commercial. She was consistently a top producer for the commercial department during her time with Coldwell Banker.
Before becoming a real estate broker, she actively bought, sold, and developed real estate in Baldwin County. Her real estate career also includes being a principal partner in a development company which included several Baldwin County subdivisions and joint ventures for several developments. Before her rest estate career, Stephanie owned and operated several restaurants, including the famous Nautilus Restaurant on Mobile Bay.
Through active involvement in the Baldwin and Mobile Counties commercial markets, Stephanie keeps her finger on the pulse of the local markets in both Baldwin and Mobile Counties. Her approach is to how best to use this knowledge for her clients. Stephanie provides open communication for an ongoing relationship with her clients and strives to create stability for buyers and sellers in commercial real estate investments.
