Stephanie Ferreras joins LQ Commercial as an Associate in the HQ office of Fort Myers, Florida, and is already taking the CRE industry by storm.
Stephanie applies her 20-year knowledge of the Southwest Florida market to identify core retail and industrial assets for tenants over 5,000-square-feet and $1M+ investors.
Prior to joining LQ, Stephanie was a business development consultant with an extensive, successful portfolio of businesses in the office sector.
Her network further extends into the construction industry, with an Associate of Science in both Business Management and Construction from Florida SouthWestern State College and over ten years of negotiating supply chains for multi-trade planned developments.
