Stephanie is a professional REALTOR® who has a powerful combination of experience and education. Her career background includes mortgage banking, property investment, real estate sales and home staging. Her broad range of expertise enables her to serve a wide variety of clientele, in all market conditions.
Stephanie is a North Carolina native and East Carolina University alumni. She began her real estate career in 2004 when she purchased her first investment property. She continues to buy and hold rental properties, in addition to purchasing homes for renovation and resale. This passion for real estate is what led her to becoming a REALTOR®.
If clients are selling their home, Stephanie knows how to market their home to get it SOLD in the shortest period of time for top dollar! This starts by getting their home ready to sell. Stephanie provides her clients with a network of excellent contractors and stagers that she personally uses for her own properties. This expert team will explain what their home needs to be ready for the market, without going overboard.
If clients are buying a home, Stephanie will be a resource for them throughout the entire home buying process. As a former mortgage broker, Stephanie knows what it takes to get financing approved. She is fluent in the various mortgage loan programs that are available to borrowers. Stephanie sits on the Board of Directors of the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association of REALTOR® and the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTOR®.
