Idit "Stephanie" Agus grew up in a home that was centered on family and on business, specifically real estate. After college, she put my career on hold to raise a family. She focused on changing diapers, cleaning up after her 7 kids helped them thrive and grow into amazing adults. As they grew, she was able to find a few hours each day to do some tenant leasing, which led to driving around looking at brick and mortar stores for tenants and also in the hopes to find commercial real estate to acquire. Ten years later, she is grateful that she has a very successful boutique brokerage firm who works intimately with some of NYC’s largest and most prominent land lords as well as some of the fastest growing tenants. As a compliment to the brokerage her family has been fortunate to acquire close to 20 incredible properties within the past 7 years.
